2. Trademarks
KWE, KWE Metals, the KWE emblem and “Go Green, It Stays Clean” are trademarks of KWE Metals LLC. These rights are claimed in the United States and elsewhere through use of the marks. The “™” symbol marks that claim; the “®” symbol is used only for a mark once it is actually registered with a national trade-mark office, so it does not appear on this site.
3. Data Room material
Documents, photographs and videos in the Data Room are confidential, watermarked and view-only. Accepting the NCNDA gives permission to look, not to copy. Printing, downloading and re-sharing Data Room material is not permitted, and viewing is recorded.
4. Permission requests
To reproduce, quote, display or otherwise use KWE material, write to info@kwemetals.org and say what you want to use, where it would appear and why. Written permission is required before use, and permission may be given for one purpose only.
5. Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is using the KWE name, emblem, motto or KWE material without permission, tell us at info@kwemetals.org with the web address and what you saw, and KWE Metals LLC will review it.
6. Third-party names
Names, marks and logos of laboratories, carriers, exchanges, standards bodies and other organisations mentioned on this site belong to their owners. Mentioning them is not an endorsement by them of KWE Metals LLC, and is not a claim of ownership over them.
7. Domains and handles
kwemetals.org, kwemetals.net and the KWE social handles are controlled by KWE Metals LLC. Registering a similar domain, shop name or account handle to trade on the KWE name is not permitted.
8. This notice
This page states the company’s ownership and permission rules for its own brand and material. It is a notice, not legal advice, and a licensed attorney should review it before any registration or enforcement step.
What you may do
- Browse the site and keep copies for your own personal or internal business reference.
- Link to any page from your own website, email or social profile.
