What we collect
Account details (name, email, password stored securely as a hash), membership records (plan, dates, status, payment reference and amount), and basic usage logs such as sign-in times and the tools you use. Card details are collected by our payment provider, not by us.
How we use it
To run your account, review and approve memberships, process payments and renewals, send service emails (receipts, approvals, expirations), prevent fraud and misuse, and improve the service.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising. We do not share your predictions history or membership with sportsbooks or third parties.
Who we share with
Only service providers who help us run the app — hosting and database, payment processing and email delivery — under confidentiality obligations, and authorities when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep account and membership data while your account is open and for up to 7 years afterward for tax and legal records. Usage logs are kept up to 12 months.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to the owner and approved administrators, and member records are protected by row-level access rules.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or close your account, by emailing info@kwemetals.org. California, EU/UK and other residents may have additional rights under local law; we honor them.
Children
The app is not for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
