1. Who we are
The KWE app and Kiwi memberships are provided by KWE Metals LLC, 5501 Camp Road Suite 444, Hamburg, NY 14075, USA (+1-844-593-4766). By creating an account or paying for a membership you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports wagering where you live, if higher) and must not use the service where sports-pick or handicapping services are prohibited. You are responsible for following the laws where you are.
3. Membership and approval
Memberships are offered hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Payment submits a request only; access begins when KWE Metals LLC approves it. We may refuse, suspend or revoke any membership at our discretion. If we refuse a paid request before access starts, we refund it.
4. Payments, renewals and refunds
Hourly, daily and weekly memberships are one-time charges. Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time and access continues to the end of the paid period. Except as required by law or stated in section 3, payments for periods that have started are non-refundable. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see full card details.
5. Sports predictions are estimates only
Predictions, percentages, spreads, totals and confidence levels are statistical estimates for information and entertainment. They are NOT betting, gambling, financial or professional advice and are never guaranteed. Past accuracy does not predict future results. KWE Metals LLC is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers and is not affiliated with any league, team or sportsbook. Any decision to bet is yours alone, at your own risk. If you have a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
6. Lottery and calculator tools
Lottery draws are random; no tool improves your odds. Calculator results are provided as-is; check important figures yourself.
7. Acceptable use
Your membership is personal. You may not share your login, resell, republish or redistribute predictions, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass access controls. Violations end your membership without refund.
8. Intellectual property
All content, software, photographs, videos, documents and data on the service are owned by KWE Metals LLC and are protected by copyright. KWE, KWE Metals, the KWE emblem and “Go Green, It Stays Clean” are trademarks of KWE Metals LLC. © KWE Metals LLC. All rights reserved. 9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KWE Metals LLC is not liable for any losses, including wagering losses, arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.
11. Changes
